Placing an order indicates your agreement to the following terms.

We offer a 30-day return period for most products from the date of receipt. Returned or refunded items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and labels intact. Proof of purchase, such as the order number or confirmation email, is required for return.

Some items are non-refundable, including opened or used products, customized products, and products damaged due to misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized disassembly. Products with defects or incorrect shipments can be returned at any time within 30 days of receipt.

For returns, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number, a detailed reason for return, and photos/videos of the relevant product (if any). Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours, providing return authorization and shipping instructions. For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect), we will cover the return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 1-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, and no handling fees will be charged for items that meet the return conditions. Exchanges will be processed after confirming that the returned goods meet our return standards.
